What a great little gem of an ice cream shop! Had a chocolate/chocolate dipped waffle cone with ice cream and it was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and working super hard to keep up with the tourist crowd. A few tables inside to sit at and 3-4 chairs outside. We were lucky to get a seat but several others had to stand. Overall I would definitely return.

Wonderful homemade ice cream. They make the waffle cones when you order. It is a little off the beaten path and in a strip mall but the great flavor and sweet service make it worth the trip.

Scoops is a great little ice cream shop. They have several homemade flavors, the price is great, and the servings are more than enough. If your looking for a sweet treat this is the place to stop!

The Bad News is I didn't take a picture to show what a great cone I got. The Good News is I'll be back so that's not a big deal. We LOVE our ice cream on vacation and try to find our fixture parlor in every city or town we visit! Scoops is right next to Food City and down the street from The Island entertainment center. So the ambiance is simple and has enough seating for about 10-15 people. Family owned and operated, I struck up the best conversation with the owner who opened Scoops after her daughter moved here from N.C. All of the flavors are designed and fashioned by her so no cartons or brands here. Just smooth, creamy, and generous scoops of ice cream and sorbets. For me it was traditional cookies and cream with giant chunks of Oreo and a banana pudding with vanilla wafer chunks that should be a southern delicacy! This was in the best waffle cone I've ever had that actually had taste and was sturdy and enough to hold the ice cream. At the End of the Day. Scoops is now officially our parlor in the Smoky Mountains for future visits and look forward to many future visits!

We originally went to another place practically around the block but they were on a company picnic lol. It became a joke for us. Anyway my son was hysterical because I promised ice cream and omg it was closed. Luckily I quickly jumped on yelp and saw around the block was this place! Delicious ice cream was had by all and was one of our best ice cream experiences while in the area. Cute place.

Best thing we had in Pigeon Forge, this was a sweet treat. If we were there longer I'm sure we would have visited more. Opening time and days are short so check their hours before you go. A little pricey but i think it's worth it.

I'm still dreaming of this ice cream shop. The selection of flavors was insane! Whether you love chocolate, vanilla, fruit, or anything in between, you'll find something you love. I had a sundae, which you customize with your choice of ice cream and toppings. Absolutely decadent! One of my sisters ordered cantaloupe ice cream freshly made with local cantaloupes. One of the BEST flavors I've ever tried. The shop itself is cute and a decent size. The woman who helped was, who I assume was the owner, was the sweetest and so helpful. As my dad said, "you'd buy anything from her." Highly recommended!
